Stephanie Combs has been in Saint Louis for more than 30 years.
Those years have provided her with deep relationships and a track
record of contacts and past clients who call her for all of their
real estate needs. Prior to entering the real estate business, Stephanie
was the Director of Sales for Gorman & Gorman Home Loans. Most
recently, Stephanie was the CEO/Team Leader for Keller Williams
Realty in St. Louis with executive responsibility for an office
of over 200 agents.
Licensed since 2001, she is known as a residential real estate market
expert, Stephanie previously held a leadership role on a top 5 agent’s
team in Saint Louis and has been with Coldwell Banker Gundaker,
Remax and Prudential.

Born in Southern California,
Kevin grew up in a real estate family where his father was the project
manager and CFO for a large land development company. A graduate
of Northwestern University in Economics & Finance, Kevin took
his family experience and built a successful career with Marcus
& Millichap in Palo Alto, CA selling commercial investment properties.
Kevin has extensive business and leadership background from his
experience as an executive for 9 start-up companies in Silicon Valley
running national sales and operations organizations including a
leadership role on the executive team for a successful IPO in 1999.
Kevin Cottrell has been licensed since 1986 and was previously associated
with a highly successful real estate team with Keller Williams in
Austin, TX which closed in excess of 500 transactions last year
and more than $100 Million in Sales volume. Kevin was also a highly
successful team leader with Keller Williams prior to joining Stephanie
in Saint Louis.

Michelle is a Saint Louis native with extensive ties to the community.
A graduate of Nerinx Hall in Webster Groves, she has been active

Foundation for Multiple Charities, Cardinal Glennon and American

Born and raised in the St. Louis area, Greg Schowe graduated from
Francis Howell North H.S. in 1990 and shortly afterward enlisted
in the United States Navy where he served until 1997. Greg built
his top notch leadership skills during two deployments - Desert
Storm and the second aboard the flagship for the conflict in Somalia
in 1993. He also served two years in Pearl Harbor, HI repairing
fast attack submarines as well as providing support for the two
local SEAL teams.
Greg is a sought after
speaker who dedicates a significant portion of his time speaking
to accountants, attorneys, real estate brokers and principals in
the state of Kansas, Missouri and Southern Illinois on the topic
of 1031 tax deferred exchanges and real estate investing. Greg is
also a regular instructor for the Saint Louis Board of Realtors
(SLAR).

Greg launched his successful career when he joined a local commercial
& investment real estate brokerage firm. Greg and his team focus
on commercial and investment property sales in the greater Saint
Louis Metropolitan area. In addition, Greg also provides professional

Elisa Ziegler has over
seven years experience in the real estate industry and is a licensed

Janet has been involved in Real Estate for 27 years, beginning her career in 1980 as a Subdivision Title Officer in California, assisting Developers and Engineers with the preparation and recording of Subdivision Tract Maps, Condominium plans, and CC&R's.
Janet began offering residential support services in 1991, working as Business Manager for the Broker/Owner of a large real estate office and, as business grew, focused her attentions to assisting buyers and sellers as a Sale/Transaction Coordinator. Janet has successfully closed over 800 real estate sales and is sensitive to the needs of the clients during a sale or purchase, and extremely knowledgeable with the contracts and disclosures that are required.
Janet and her team provide support services for seller clients of the Cottrell Realty Group Team including listing setup / price or status changes / online marketing programs.
