Our buyer agents work full-time and focus specifically provide services to buyers in the St. Louis and St. Charles real estate markets. Our average buyer specialist has a pipeline which is twice the size of the national average using the Home Buyer Scouting Report. Our record listing inventory, marketing and networking efforts continue to generate more leads than the existing buyer team can handle, which works to the benefit of all our agents and our clients.
